Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship from Singapore to Malaysia and selected destinations across Asia, as well as a limited number of international locations. Our shipping regions are intentionally kept focused to ensure reliability and care in delivery.

  • Shipping is offered at a flat rate based on delivery zones:

    • Singapore — SGD$10

    • Malaysia — SGD$15

    • ASEAN (Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines) — SGD$25

    • ASEAN (Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar) — SGD$30

    • Asia (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea) — SGD$40

    • Rest of World — SGD$80

    All shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated as follows:

    • Singapore — 2 to 4 working days

    • Malaysia — 3 to 6 working days

    • ASEAN — 5 to 10 working days

    • Asia — 6 to 12 working days

    • Rest of World — 8 to 15 working days

    These timelines are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier conditions.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days from confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For oversized, fragile, or heavier pieces, shipping may require a more tailored arrangement. In such cases, our team will be in touch after your order is placed to coordinate the most appropriate delivery method.

  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or absence at the delivery address, re-delivery fees may apply. We recommend ensuring all details are accurate at checkout.
