Returns & Refunds

  • Each piece is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. While we sincerely hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

    At this time, we do not offer complimentary returns. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

  • If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us promptly at returns@oopen.house.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Returned within 7 days of receiving your order

    • In their original packaging

    • Unused, with all tags and labels intact

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

    Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  • All returns must be reviewed and approved prior to being sent back.

    Please email returns@oopen.house with:

    • Your order details and proof of purchase

    • A brief explanation of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the item(s)

    Once approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse original shipping fees, return shipping, or any customs duties incurred.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

  • If you receive an item different from what you originally ordered, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

  • oopen.house reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure fairness and consistency.
